The week of the Brownies . . .
This week, our bakers were tasked with decorating their own brownie traybake. They could use as many or as little of their toppings as they would like. Not only did this weekly challenge push their creativity out of the box, it also tested patience to not dig in to their brownie before they had finished and the chocolate had set. Not everyone managed that stage, but we can't blame them. We wouldn't have either!
In their boxes, they received a brownie traybake, Maltesers, Smarties and a piping bag filled with white chocolate.
Another week of some incredible looking treats . . .
Our Baker of the Week is Phoebe.
Phoebe has consistently shone through all of the weekly challenges so far but Brownie Week was definitely up her street! I love the patterns that she has made with all of the toppings provided and the melted chocolate.
Her end product looks delicious and has made us very hungry just looking at it. I hope you enjoyed eating it once it had set, Phoebe! 😁 Well done Baker Phoebe!
Next week, we will be icing and decorating cupcakes. Who will be our next Baker of the Week?
